With over 17 years of experience navigating the complexities of health insurance, Lucinda brings a rare dual perspective to the table, having served on both the agency and employer sides of the industry. This background allows her to look beyond the "placement" of insurance to see the human and financial impact of every decision.
As a seasoned strategist, Lucinda works in tandem with forward-thinking leaders to design high-performing programs that align with their specific goals. Amber brings a unique perspective to Tandem Benefit Partners at the intersection of health, advocacy, and human connection. With a diverse professional background that includes insurance billing, public speaking, and high-impact personal coaching, she has a strong ability to navigate complex systems while keeping the focus on the individual.
Her experience in insurance billing provides a solid understanding of how healthcare systems function, while her work as a certified trauma-informed coach has strengthened her ability to guide people through difficult transitions with clarity and empathy.
Amber is a natural communicator who is passionate about helping employees understand their value and access the resources available to them. She is committed to supporting organizations in building benefits packages that care for the whole person.
Outside of her professional work, Amber is an award-winning singer-songwriter, author, and avid foodie. She is the proud mother of two teenagers and finds inspiration in the outdoors and in the power of music to connect people and tell meaningful stories.
